The Unraveling of Illinois:

What or who got us into this mess?

Kent Redfield, who sits on the SUAA-Action Board of Directors representing UI-Springfield, prepared this very informative white paper. This is highly recommended reading for anyone who wants to understand state pension issues in Illinois. In addition to presenting the constitutional, legistlative, and political background, Professor Emeritus Redfield provides a comprehensive bibiliography for further exploration of the issues.
